'It has been said that it takes 21 days to create a habit but science actually disagrees. In Jan, 2009 a study showed 96 people incorporated a daily behavior change and were tracked for 12 weeks. They found that, on average, establishing behavior change as a habit took 66 days — over 3x as long as mainstream advice said it would.'

Originally, I had created this journal in a 3 month format to ensure that the you would create healthy habits by holding you accountable for 90 days, however what I've learned is that some of y'all have commitment issues 😉 and prefer a 7 week option - so here it is!
